Use your “as needed hours” on a variety of tasks!

It’s flexible and allows you to get quick answers and updates when you need them.

A few examples of common updates are:

  • Help answering questions about domains, email, or site security

  • Connecting or reconnecting social media accounts

  • Fixing issues or smoothing over changes from DIY updates

  • Changes to copy or images on the site

  • Addition of a new form, button, or link

  • Creation of a new site page, or changes to an existing page

  • Clarifying settings or understanding Squarespace options

There are a few limitations to these hours. If your idea requires in-depth strategy or more than 3 hours of work at a time, please reach out or schedule a chat so we can put a custom plan around your project.

Support FAQ’s

  • When you buy a pack of hours, I will provide you with a private Google Sheet that you can check any time to see how many hours have been used, and how many are remaining.

  • If your question feels quick and easy, grab a 4 hour pack and submit your question. This will cover you for anything else that comes up over the next 12 months!

  • Hour packs are intended for site maintenance and low-strategy updates.

    If you have a bigger refresh or meatier update on your mind, we can tackle that by having a quick meeting and discussing your project.

  • To fill out a help request and use your hours, head over to the support request form and your issue will be logged in the system.
